By creating an account on ToothGig, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to both dental professionals and dental offices using the platform.
ToothGig is a staffing marketplace that connects dental offices seeking temporary or permanent staff with licensed dental professionals seeking shifts. ToothGig is a platform only — we are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment agreement between offices and professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ToothGig. Dental professionals must hold a valid, active license in the state where they are providing services. Dental offices must be legally operating dental practices.
Dental offices access shift-posting features through a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided.
Dental professionals may use ToothGig to browse and apply for shifts at no cost. Acceptance of a shift application does not guarantee employment or payment — all compensation arrangements are between the professional and the office.
You agree not to post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or entity, use the platform for unlawful purposes, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform.
Ratings submitted through ToothGig must be honest and based on actual experience. ToothGig reserves the right to remove ratings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
ToothGig is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to ToothGig in the three months preceding the claim.
ToothGig may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
